Step 6 Creating database and config file

Database Creation
At this point your database tables and sample content will be created, if you previously have selected this.
You will see several lines like:
Creating additional_users table... [done]
Creating admin_bookmarks table... [done]
Creating index in admin_bookmarks table... [done]
Creating adminlog table... [done]
Creating admin_recent_pages table... [done]
Creating content table... [done]
Etc.

Config settings
Now let's continue to setup your configuration file, we already have most of the information we need. Chances are you can leave all these values alone, so when you are ready, click Continue.

leave this alone unless you have trouble, then edit config.php by hand
Default language for the frontend
This adjusts the locale used for various default date handling functions, etc.
Encoding
In almost all cases, default_encoding should be utf-8.
